Chef Bio
I have possessed a passion for food and cooking since I was a young child. This passion grew with the support of my family who gave me the freedom to create paired with a willingness to try the unfamiliar. This path lead me to culinary school where I honed my craft and learned the methodology behind cooking techniques that opened the gates to infinite flavor combinations. After working in restaurants for a few year I returned to school to complete a Business degree with the dream of following my passion and become a personal chef catering entrepreneur. By working while going to school I was able to save up for a culinary trip of a lifetime.
Upon graduation I spent four months backpacking my way around the world on a adventure of a lifetime tasting the cuisine from Portugal, Spain, France, Monaco, Germany, Greece, Turkey, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and Japan before returning to the states more passionate than ever. With a new life perspective, travel book filled with recipe ideas and desire to share my passion with others I created Adventure Catering. It is with my extreme gratitude I am able to share what I truly love to do with people like you!

Personal Chef
Gourmet meals are prepared at your home using the freshest ingredients available. Personalized recipes and menu planning. Meals are packaged and stored for you to enjoy at your convenience. Includes shopping and kitchen clean up. An excellent service for those who wish to eat healthy, save time and live better.
Menu Planning and Grocery Shopping
For those who like to cook their own meals, but do not have the time to plan menus or shop for groceries. Individual menus according to your special needs and preferences.
Sushi Party
In home sushi prepared in front of you for small dinner parties or larger events.
From romantic dinners for two to catered private parties up to 30 people. Impress your guests with a gourmet dinner. Passed or station appetizers, plated or family style dinners. Adventure Catering can help you to relax and enjoy your next dinner party or special event. Please allow for two weeks notice when booking.
Cooking Classes
Learn to prepare Sushi, Greek, Thai, or French food. Let me know what you would prefer and I will design the perfect class for you and your guests
